TasteMap offers a digital bookmarking and map tool that automatically extracts location data from social media links (e.g., Instagram reels) to help users organize and plan real-world visits. The service includes personalized dashboards, shared boards, and map interfaces.

3. User Conduct and Acceptable Use

You agree to use TasteMap only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

• Spamming or abusing the bot integration on third-party platforms.
• Automating interactions without explicit consent.
• Using the service to stalk, harass, or track users against their will.
• Attempting to hack, exploit, or disrupt the operation of the service.

If you use our service, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

TasteMap relies on third-party integrations (such as OpenAI for data extraction, Google Maps for location, and Instagram for link ingestion). We do not guarantee the uptime of these third-party services, nor the accuracy of the extracted data. The platform is provided "as is" and "as available".

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TasteMap operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
